Dr. Tina Schermer Sellers, PhD, LMFT, CST‑S, PAT (she/her) is a Swedish American therapist, educator, and author whose childhood on her grandparents’ homestead near Puget Sound—within Coast Salish territory—deeply shaped her values of community, resilience, and land stewardship.

Now residing in Sandy, Oregon—on the lands of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, and Clackamas Peoples—she lives with her partner on sacred wooded acreage. There, at Blackberry Retreat Center, she offers retreats and trainings for clinicians on the 4‑D Wheel for Expansive Integration and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

As the first in her immigrant family to earn an advanced degree, Tina spent nearly three decades as a professor of marriage and family therapy, medical family therapy, and human sexuality before authoring two influential books: Sex, God & the Conservative Church and Shameless Parenting, both recognized for their impact on healing the results of authoritarian parenting, religious sexual shame, and trauma, and empowering relational intimacy.

She is the founder and chief advisor to the Northwest Institute on Intimacy—offering postgraduate clinician training in sex therapy and relational health—and Founder and Executive Director of Inanna Rising, a clinician membership collective dedicated to equitable, just, and patient-centered psychedelic-assisted therapy training and support for activists and clinicians.  Blackberry Retreat Center seeks to support the healing and restoration of clinicians, healers, and activists so they and their work might have a deeper impact.

Dr. Tina remains committed to social justice, integrity, and weaving cutting edge cultural, spiritual, and sexual healing into a compassionate praxis. The many years that Regina lived in Mongolia, China, Thailand, and Hawai'i fundamentally shaped how they move about in the world while also informing their approach to working with sacred plant medicines. Their Chinese ancestry and experiences living in non-Western (predominantly Buddhist) cultures provide a deep spiritual foundation that supports them in slowing down, staying connected with Nature, and prioritizing a collective/communal approach to healing.

Regina's background includes classroom teaching as well as practicing and teaching meditation, yoga, and energy healing. Their practice centers folx who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or neurodiverse and focuses on healing racial, intergenerational, sexual, and other traumas.

Standing up for racial and social justice in a Self-led (IFS) way is a priority for Regina. Before the midlife career change from teaching to providing therapy, Regina served as one of the main DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion and justice) practitioners at an independent school where they helped facilitate DEIJ conversations among students, faculty, and administration, co-led a DEIJ task force, and was a member of the hiring committee for the school's new Director of Equity. www.ReginaWei.com

Dr. Leslie Drapiza, MD (she/her) is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who pivoted her career to psychedelic assisted therapy after working in primary care and obstetrics for over 15 years. As a primary care physician, she witnessed her patients struggle with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. She saw how the current medical system continued to fail them.

She discovered psychedelics and experienced how they helped to heal her own trauma and improve her mental health. Knowing that her patients deserved that same level of healing in a way that integrated mind, body and spirit, she opened her private practice, Medicinal Innovations in April 2023, offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

She is committed to expanding access to those who have barriers to care and have been disadvantaged by our broken medical system. She completed Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training through Polaris Insight Center and Rainfall Medicine. She is a graduate of the Innertrek Psilocybin Facilitator program. www.medicinalinnovations.com

Clarity of intention and purity of motive are indispensable for all heartfelt shamanic practice. The shaman must thoroughly know themselves in order to help others.

Rebecca Lenz, APRN, DNP, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-BC, PAT-C

Dr. Rebecca “Becca” Lenz is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and a leader in integrative and holistic mental health care. She is the Founder and Provider of Merkaba Integrative Psychiatry, a practice devoted to whole-person healing through the integration of spiritual, nutritional, psychological, pharmacological, and non-traditional modalities.

Her career spans more than two decades in healthcare, beginning at the bedside as an oncology and hospice nurse, where she provided compassionate care to individuals and families navigating serious illness, grief, and end-of-life transitions. These early experiences shaped her deep reverence for human dignity, the complexity of suffering, and the importance of presence in healing.

Dr. Lenz later advanced into primary and psychiatric care, serving for over a decade as a Nurse Practitioner within the diverse inner-city communities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. In these settings, she has worked closely with individuals and families facing complex intersections of trauma, medical illness, social inequity, cultural displacement, and systemic barriers to care. Her practice has been grounded in cultural humility, community partnership, and a commitment to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health services.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and dual board certifications as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC). Her integrative approach emphasizes mind-body-spirit alignment and empowers patients through personalized, collaborative treatment planning.

A recognized innovator in mental health, Dr. Lenz has developed advanced expertise in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and emerging psychedelic-assisted treatment models, maintaining ongoing specialized training and clinical certification in these modalities. She is deeply committed to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and the responsible expansion of psychedelic therapies within community-based and clinical settings.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Lenz is devoted to education, mentorship, and systems-level transformation in mental health care. She actively collaborates with therapists, medical providers, and community organizations to build integrative care pathways that honor both science and the human spirit.

As a Board Member of Inanna Rising, Dr. Lenz brings a grounded, compassionate, and visionary perspective shaped by decades of service to diverse and historically underserved communities. She is honored to support Inanna Rising’s mission of fostering equitable, holistic, and ethically grounded psychedelic care for clinicians and the communities they serve.  www.merkabaintegrative.com

Stacy Costopoulos Smith, LMFT, PAT-P

Rebecca Lenz, APRN, DNP, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-BC, PAT-C

Stacy Costopoulos Smith, LMFT, PAT-P, is a psychotherapist, grandmother, highly sensitive & intuitive, neurodivergent person of Greek and Slavic ancestry.

Stacy learned the power of relationship in her early years growing up in Chicago where a multitude of cultures exist. She is grateful for the life challenges this environment provided because they sharpened her natural senses of empathy and social justice. The continual processes of cultural humility, spiritual growth, and relational connection are some of her most prominent values.

Internal Family Systems therapy is Stacy’s primary approach to healing in her therapy practice and in her personal life as well. The sacredness of a daily practice of Self-compassion, witnessing, and compassion for others has become the fuel that sustains her life’s work of nurturing human healing. She agrees with her clients who tell her that IFS inner-focus work feels like medicine work.

A descendant of survivors of genocide and war, Stacy is grateful to serve Inanna Rising to promote cultural humility in mainstream therapy and increase accessibility for trauma focused care. Licensed in California and Texas, she utilizes her skills as an IFS Level 3 therapist, EMDR trained clinician, and certified psychedelic assisted therapy provider to provide trauma focused healing for adults. In an effort to acknowledge and offer healing experiences to survivors of racial and cultural trauma, 25% of Stacy’s private practice is dedicated to sliding scale fees for people of marginalized communities.
